U.S. Foam & Etch is a service disabled veteran owned small business providing the military and commercial industries with customized tool kitting and laser identification services since incorporation in 2005.

We offer several methods of tool identification, along kitting solutions which include; foam sheets, rolls, and custom cut foam toolbox drawer inserts for FOD (Foreign Object Damage) control and easy object identification.

Combining our Director of Designs' experience of 21 years of military service in Air Force aircraft maintenance and a degree in Mechanical Engineering with our General Manager's Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts, we are able to provide a precise and logical approach to every project.
Our experience gives us the knowledge to create quick, easy, and functional solutions for any F.O.D. problem our customers may have. We are accurate and experienced having completed large sized orders for various military instillations across the United States. We have also provided commercial work for several aerospace and private aviation corporations.

New Toy!
U.S. Foam & Etch has taken delivery of new machinery that will allow us to cut foam in solid pieces up to 4" thick for portable cases, bags, and boxes.
