Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
is an adhesive coating that is adhered to the bottom of our 1/2" and thicker sheets of foam which eliminates the need for spray glues or time consuming heat lamination processes.
U.S. Foam & Etch has two methods of etching that give us the capability to permanently mark virtually all types of materials and sizes up to 48 inches in length.
We can, along with laser etching light colored items with a black mark, etch dark colored items with our pneumatic etcher for a permanently embossed mark.
Laser Etching
We have the ability to etch a variety of tools including:
Hand tools, power tools, basic tools, tool parts, placards, pens and cases, name plates, and many wood products.
Markable materials include:
Metals (chrome & steel), aluminum, wood, glass, plastics, ceramics, pewter, and many types of stone.
